AVAYUGA provides Vedic astrology calculations, Panchangam data, horoscope predictions, and related educational content for informational and entertainment purposes only. Astrology is a traditional belief system. The information provided by AVAYUGA does not constitute professional advice of any kind — medical, financial, legal, psychological, or otherwise. Do not make important life decisions based solely on astrological readings.
3. Free Access
All core astrology tools on AVAYUGA are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional premium features in the future, but all existing free tools will remain free. We will provide clear notice before any changes to pricing.
4. Accuracy of Calculations
AVAYUGA uses the Lahiri Ayanamsa and verified astronomical ephemeris data to calculate planetary positions. While we strive for accuracy, no guarantee is made that all calculations are free from error. We are not liable for decisions made based on calculated data.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to: • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate requests to the AVAYUGA API • Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through any AVAYUGA interface • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems • Use AVAYUGA in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
6. Intellectual Property
All content on AVAYUGA — including text, graphics, code, Panchangam data, and astrological calculation logic — is the intellectual property of AVAYUGA and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any AVAYUGA content without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
AVAYUGA is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
